Bacon Wrapped Dates With Goat Cheese
Bacon, goat cheese, and dates: Consider this bite-sized, three-ingredient appetizer your new favorite nibble.

12 ounces Medjool dates, pitted

4 ounces soft goat cheese

16 ounces bacon slices, halved
Directions

Preheat oven to 350°F. Slice a small slot into the side of each date and stuff it with goat cheese.

Wrap each date with a half-slice of bacon and poke a toothpick through.

Place stuffed dates on a baking sheet and roast for about 8 minutes. Flip dates over and cook for an additional 5 to 8 minutes. Serve warm.
