Bacon Wrapped Dates With Goat Cheese

Bacon, goat cheese, and dates: Consider this bite-sized, three-ingredient appetizer your new favorite nibble.

Ingredients

  • 12 ounces Medjool dates, pitted

  • 4 ounces soft goat cheese

  • 16 ounces bacon slices, halved

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Slice a small slot into the side of each date and stuff it with goat cheese.

  2. Wrap each date with a half-slice of bacon and poke a toothpick through.

  3. Place stuffed dates on a baking sheet and roast for about 8 minutes. Flip dates over and cook for an additional 5 to 8 minutes. Serve warm.
