Creamy Garlic Parmesan Chicken

This recipe for creamy garlic parmesan chicken tastes AMAZING and it’s so simple to prepare! The chicken is tender and juicy and the creamy, cheesy topping melts in your mouth. Such a quick and easy dinner recipe that uses simple ingredients that the whole family will LOVE!



  • 4 chicken breasts BONELESS, SKINLESS
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese GRATED
  • 3 garlic cloves MINCED
  • seasoning salt and pepper TO TASTE


1. Preheat the oven to 375F. Spray your baking dish with cooking spray. Gather all the ingredients.

2. In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella and garlic. Mix well.

3. Place the chicken breasts into the baking dish and sprinkle seasoning salt and pepper on top (or however you like to season your chicken). Keep in mind that the Parmesan cheese adds a salty flavour to things, so don't add too much salt.

4. Add a big dollop of the cheese mixture on top of each chicken breast. Then spread the mixture evenly until the chicken is completely covered.

5. Spread the mayo mixture evenly until the chicken is completely covered.

6. Bake at 375F for 40-45 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is bubbling and golden brown.

Notes :- 

Cover the chicken breasts with the cheese mixture as much as you can. Not only does it allow as much flavour as possible to get into the chicken breasts, but it also helps seal the moisture in so the chicken doesn't dry out when baking.
